At Power Bridge Mining, we have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@powerbridgemining.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your Jasminer upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Payment Policy

Power Bridge Mining accepts payments with Wire Transfer or Crypto Currency (DAI | ETH | USDC | BUSD | USDT )
All products listed on our website are priced in US Dollars.
As cryptocurrencies have a volatile price, the total amount to be paid at the checkout will reflect the current market values.

NOTE: please be aware that only ERC20 network can be accepted if you pay online with USDC to our Coinbase.

Processing and Shipping Times

Please note, we can only process the shipment of orders once the full payment has been received.

Power Bridge Mining aims to arrange shipping of all in-stock units within 1-2 working days of payment receipt. Once the order has been dispatched, as an estimate, it will take 5-10 days to arrive to the courier company.
Additional shipping charges apply to orders shipped to international destinations (excepts for self pickup).

Once the order has been shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number via email. To validate the tracking information, the shipping carrier required approximately one business day from the notification receipt.

Your order will be sent from either our locations in China or Hong Kong according to the country of destination and product availability.

Please note that the delivery dates provided are only an estimate, we will not be held responsible for any delay from the courier company or manufacturer.

Upon receipt of your order, please inspect all packages for items such as power supplies, manuals, and cables, or any applicable accessories for the product(s) ordered. Please be sure to save the box, the outer shipping carton (when applicable) and all packing material, in the unlikely event that you’ll need it for a return shipment. Any damage during shipment must be handled by the customer with the carrier directly. Carrier may request to inspect the item upon receipt of a claim.


Taxes and Customs Duties

All International orders, sold and delivered by Power Bridge Mining are exclusive of Value Added Tax.

Consumer will be solely responsible for paying any outstanding taxes and duties as per your country’s law and its customs unless a DDP shipping is selected. Lack of payment will result in return of the product to the supplier.

It is the customer responsibility to know the local duties and tax laws and handle any customs issues that may arise. Jingle Mining shall not be liable for any cost of damage or expense as a result of error from calculating taxes and duties pertaining to your order.

We do not accept any refund requests in case of failure of customs clearance.

Undelivered Packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us undelivered.
Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment. If you refuse delivery of the product you will be liable for the cost of resending the parcel as well as storage fees.
